Wherever you are, we want you to enjoy the pleasure of cooking and baking with COOKSMARK products. That’s why we ship globally! We offer both ground and express shipping options for your convenience.
Normal Order Delivery Time Within 25±5 natural days worldwide.
Rush Order Delivery Time Within 15 natural days or even earlier worldwide.
- Order processing Monday - Friday. (Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday would be processed the following Monday.) All orders are processed within 2 business days.
- Shipping cost is based on your order’s price, your destination, and shipping method.
- We will keep you updated if there is any question about your order. Please pay attention to your email.
- For sets of products, we may use several packages to ship.
- Usually, your items will be shipped via UPS, USPS or FedEx to US. (5-8 business days, no more than 2 weeks). And we may choose other carriers to ship to other countries. If you would like a different method, please leave your requirements in the comment or email to us.
Note:
- The total time frame includes the production time and the shipping time,
- Please fill in the street address in detail instead of a simple Po-BOX address to make sure you can receive the package smoothly. Otherwise, we would have to use EMS for delivery (slower than others)
- You need to be clear about the import duty of your country.
