How do I track my online order?

There are two ways to track the status of your online order:

1.  Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation. This email confirmation will contain a tracking number. There will be a link in the email to either UPS or United States Postal Service (USPS). Click the link to track your order.

2. If you already have an account with us, you may login to MY ACCOUNT. Then go to VIEW ORDERS and click on ORDER STATUS. This will bring up the history of your order and provide shipping/tracking information. A link to UPS and/or USPS will be available for use in tracking your order.

What can I do if my purchase has missing and/or damaged pieces?

On rare occasion products may be damaged during transport to the retailer. If your newly purchased product has missing or damaged pieces, the quickest and easiest solution is to take your product back to the retailer from whom it was purchased and exchange it for new items or a refund. Please be sure to take your original purchase receipt with you. If you purchased your product from an online retailer, follow the online retailer's instructions included on your packing slip for a quick and easy return.

Please note that product offering the Quality Assurance Guarantee may not have open stock replacement pieces available through the manufacturer.

What method of payment do you accept?

We currently offer the following  payment options when placing an order for you or placing your order online:

  • American Express
  • Mastercard
  • Visa
  • PayPal

Please have your credit card security code and 'bill to' information when placing your order. 

Please Note: We do not accept check, money order or cash as method of payment.

How do I receive discounts or offers on your websites? 
Please check the sites periodically to see what specials or promotion codes are being offered. 

See below for the following terms and conditions for promo codes:

  • Promo codes cannot be applied to previously placed orders.
  • Percent off promo codes may be used in combination with Free Shipping promo codes, but may not be used in combination with other percent off promo codes.
  • Promo codes are not transferable, not redeemable for cash or credit and cannot be used towards previous purchases.
  • Certain products are excluded from promo codes. See the details of the promotion for a list of included/excluded products.
I’ve received a faulty item, what should I do?

•  Shipping address
•  The faulty product name and code
•  Description of the fault with photographic proof
    I’m missing an item from my order, what should I do?

    •  Order number

    •  The missing product name and code
    I received an incorrect product(s), what should I do?
